Mrs. Lynn Froehlich-Boone, Director
Mrs. Boone has been with Montessori Centres since 1984. She has a B.A. in Spanish from Edgecliff College (now Xavier University of Cincinnati). She worked for 10 years as a travel agent manager for the National Office of the AAU and the National Office of Amateur Track and Field. After her second child was born, she retuned to Montessori Centres, the school her mother founded in 1966. She has worked as lead teacher in both the Pre/K and Primary class. Mrs. Boone attends many seminars to keep her Montessori training current and to keep Montessori Centres at the forefront of Montessori education.

Mrs. Regina McShea
Mrs. McShea is the lead teacher in the Primary class. She has a B.A. in Art, Art Education and Psychology from Carlow College in Pittsburgh, PA. She also has graduate credits in Child Development from the University of Pittsburgh, and an M.Ed in Elementary Education from Widener University in Chester, PA. Mrs. McShea received her Montessori training at Widener University in cooperation with London/St. Nicholas Institute where she received her 3-6, 6-9 and 9-12 certifications. She has been teaching the Montessori Method for over 16 years and we are honored to have her on our team.

Mrs. Lori Seedorf
Mrs. Seedorf is our teaching assistant in the Primary class. She has provided quality child care for over 25 years. While her 4 children were young she started a home day care, which she ran for about 10 years. Mrs. Seedorf has been trained in the Montessori Method and has been with our school since 1992. Two of her youngest children attended Montessori Centres during their pre/K years, which prompted her interest in the Montessori method.

Mrs. Amy Wenck
Mrs. Wenck was introduced to the Montessori Method while earning her associate's degree in early childhood. She decided to become a Montessori teacher while working at her son's Montessori school. One of the requirements for her certification through the United Montessori Association was that she work under a certified teacher for 18 months. Mrs. Wenck completed her training right here at Montessori Centres. Mrs. Wenck embodies a true Montessori philosophy, and our children thrive under her care.

Miss Lydia Seedorf
Miss Lydia is an assistant in the Pre/K class. She began working in Montessori Centres' summer camp program at Montessori Centres in 2002. She is a former Montessori student and is presently working on her B.A. in social work at IUPUI.

Mrs. Patricia Rigby
Mrs. Rigby is a part-time teaching assistant in the PreK classroom. During the many years that Mrs. Rigby was homeschooling her four daughters, she developed an interest in the Montessori method. Now that her daughters are in other schools, Mrs. Rigby is very excited to be working in a true Montessori environment.

Mrs. Tammy Castleman
Mrs. Castleman became interested in the Montessori Method when looking for a preschool for her own children. That interest quickly gave way to fascination and fascination soon became passion. Mrs. Castleman has been working in the office since 2006. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and is responsible for communications with a focus on helping parents understand the Montessori Method.
